અરસ પરસ માંગણીથી જિલ્લામાં આંતરિક/ જિલ્લા ફેરબદલીઓ
👉અરસ પરસ બદલી ઇચ્છતાં વિદ્યા સહાયક /શિક્ષક/ મુખ્ય શિક્ષકે દર વર્ષે 31 માર્ચ સુધી અરજી કરવાની રહેશે.નિયામકશ્રીની સુચના થયેથી કેમ્પ દ્વારા જ કરવાની રહેશે.કેમ્પ વખતે શિક્ષકની હાજરી ની જરૂરિયાત રહેશે નહીં.એક વખત કરેલી અરજી શિક્ષક /વિદ્યા સહાયક કે મુખ્ય શિક્ષક બદલી શકશે નહીં.કે રદ કરી શકશે નહીં
👉અરસ પરસ બદલી માટે અરજી કરનાર વિદ્યા સહાયક /શિક્ષક /મુખ્ય શિક્ષક એક જ માધ્યમમા નોકરી કરતા હોવા જોઈએ. તથા બંનેના વિભાગ અને વિષય પણ એકસરખા હોવા જોઈએ.
👉મુખ્ય શિક્ષકની અરસ પરસ બદલી માટે જીલ્લાની અંદર આંતરિક અરસ-પરસ બદલી કોઈપણ મુખ્ય શિક્ષક સામે કોઈપણ મુખ્ય શિક્ષક.
👉જિલ્લાફેર અરસપરસ બદલી મા સીધી ભરતી સામે સીધી ભરતીના જ મુખ્ય શિક્ષક અને બઢતી સામે બઢતી વાળા મુખ્યશિક્ષક અરસ પરસ બદલીની માગણી કરી શકશે.
👉અરસ પરસ આંતરિક કે જિલ્લામાં સમગ્ર નોકરી દરમિયાન લાભ એક જ વાર મળવા પાત્ર થશે.
👉લાભ મેળવેલ કર્મચારીની સર્વિસ બુકમાં આ નોંધ તાલુકા પ્રાથમિક શિક્ષણ અધિકારીએ કરવાની રહેશે.
અરસ પરસ બદલીના કિસ્સામાં વિદ્યા સહાયક/ મુખ્ય શિક્ષક /શિક્ષક ને એકબીજાની શાળા માં મુકવાના રહેશે,અન્ય શાળામાં અરસ-પરસ બદલી થી નિમણૂક આપી શકાશે નહીં.
👉ALARTજો અરસ-પરસ બદલી કરાવેલ વિદ્યા સહાયક/ શિક્ષક કે મુખ્ય શિક્ષક બદલીથી હાજર ન થાય કે લાંબી રજા મંજૂર કરાવીને કે અનઅધિકૃત રીતે લાંબી રજા પર જાય તેવા સંજોગોમાં બાળકોના વિશાળ હિતને ધ્યાને લેતા આવા કિસ્સામાં ખોટું સોગંદનામું કરનાર કર્મચારી સામે કાર્યવાહી થશે.રજૂઆતની એક તક આપી.ખોટું સોગંદનામું કરવા બદલ તેના પર કાયદાકીય રાહે પોલીસ ફરિયાદ નોંધાવવાની રહેશે.
10 varsh no bond
👉 10 varsh no bond આપી નોકરીમાં જોડાયો શિક્ષકો ૫ વર્ષ બાદ જિલ્લા અરસ પરસ બદલી માટે અરજી કરી શકશે.પરંતુ બોર્ડ વાળી જગ્યા પર આવનાર શિક્ષકે આગામી પાંચ વર્ષે જે તે જગ્યા પર ફરજ બજાવે છે તે મુજબના નવેસરથી બોન્ડ રજૂ કરવાના રહેશે
જિલ્લા આંતરીક અરસપરસ
👉જિલ્લા આંતરીક અરસપરસ માગનાર વિદ્યા સહાયક/ શિક્ષક મુખ્ય શિક્ષક જે તે વર્ષના આંતરિક અરસ-પરસ બદલી કેમ્પ માં ઉપસ્થિત થવા માગતા હોય તો તે બંને શિક્ષક મુખ્ય શિક્ષક ની ઉંમર જે તે વર્ષની ૩૧મી માર્ચના રોજ 55 વર્ષ કરતાં વધુ હોય તો તેઓ અરજી કરી શકશે નહીં.તથા અરસ-પરસ બદલી કરી શકશે નહીં.
👉વિદ્યા સહાયક શિક્ષક મુખ્યશિક્ષક જિલ્લામાં આંતરીક અરસપરસ બદલી થી ત્રણ વર્ષ સુધી રાજીનામું આપી શકશે નહીં તથા સ્વૈચ્છિક નિવૃત્તિ લઇ શકશે નહીં.અને આવા કિસ્સામાં જિલ્લા પ્રાથમિક શિક્ષણ અધિકારી રાજીનામું તથા સ્વૈચ્છિક નિવૃત્તિ મંજુર કરી શકશે નહીં.ઉપરાંત આ મુજબની લેખિત બાહેધરી અરસ-પરસ બદલી પામેલ શિક્ષકો સ્ટેમ્પ પેપર અધિકૃત સોગંદનામું આપવાનું રહેશે.જેની નોંધ સેવાપોથીમાં કરવાની રહેશે
જિલ્લાફેર અરસ પરસ
જિલ્લા ફેરબદલી કેમ્પમાં ઉપસ્થિત થવા માગતા હોય તે બંને શિક્ષક મુકેશ વર્ષની ૩૧મી માર્ચના રોજ 53 વર્ષ કરતાં વધુ હોય તેઓ અરજી કરી શકશે નહીં. તથા તેઓ અરસ-પરસ બદલી કરી શકશે નહીં.
👉વિદ્યા સહાયક શિક્ષક મુખ્ય શિક્ષક જિલ્લા ફેરબદલી અરસ પરસ થયે થી પાંચ વર્ષ સુધી રાજીનામું આપી શકશે નહીં તથા નિવૃત્તિ લઇ શકશે નહીં અને આવા કિસ્સામાં જિલ્લા પ્રાથમિક શિક્ષણ અધિકારી રાજીનામું તથા સ્વૈચ્છિક નિવૃત્તિ મંજુર કરી શકશે નહીં.ઉપરાંત આ મુજબ ની લેખિત માહિતી અરસ-પરસ બદલી પામેલ શિક્ષકો એ નિયત રકમ ના સ્ટેમ્પ પેપર ઉપર અધિકૃત સોગંદનામું આપવાનું રહેશે.જેની નોંધ સંબંધિત ની સેવા પોથીમાં કરવાની રહેશે
અરસ પરસ બદલી જિલ્લાફેર સમગ્ર નોકરી દરમિયાન એક જ વાર લાભ મળશે.આવી બદલી થયેલ કર્મચારી અન્ય કોઈ રીતે જિલ્લાફેર માંગી શકશે નહીં.

Internal / district transfers in the district as per demand
Vidya Sahayak Shikshak Headmaster who wants to change Aras Pars has to apply by 31st March every year. It has to be done by the camp as per the instructions of the director. No presence of teacher will be required during the camp. That can't be canceled
The applicant for the post of Aras Parsa should be Vidya Sahayak Shikshak Headmaster working in the same medium. And both sections and topics should be the same.
Any head teacher versus any head teacher within the district to change the head teacher's ars purse.
In case of reciprocal transfer, only the head teacher of direct recruitment against direct recruitment and the headmaster who is promoted against promotion will be able to demand transfer.
Benefits will be available only once during the entire job in the Aras Paras interior or district.
This entry should be made by the Taluka Primary Education Officer in the service book of the beneficiary.
In case of transfer, the assistant head teacher will have to be placed in each other's school.
If the transferred assistant teacher or headmaster is not present at the transfer or in case of granting a long leave or going on unauthorized long leave in the best interest of the children then in such case action will be taken against the employee who made false affidavit. Teachers who have joined the job by giving 10 varsh no bond will be able to apply for the transfer of District Aras Purse after 5 years.
District Internal Interaction
District Internal Interactive Vidya Sahayak Shikshak Headmaster who wants to attend the Internal Arasap Badli Camp of that year will not be able to apply if both the teachers are above 55 years of age on 31st March of that year. Aras-Pars will not be able to change

Vidya Sahayak / Teacher / Headmaster will not be able to resign or retire for five years after the transfer of the district and in such case the District Primary Education Officer will not be able to approve the resignation and voluntary retirement. The transferred teachers will have to give an official affidavit on the stamp paper of the prescribed amount.
Aras Pars Badli Jilfer will get benefit only once during the entire job. Such a changed employee will not be able to seek Jilfar in any other way.
